Here are a few more pictures from our ski trip in Solitude/Park City, Utah in January of this year. The first two are at a restaurant called Chimayo on Main Street in Park City. Anna had made reservations for us before our trip to celebrate John's birthday which was a few days before the trip. Little did I know that it was also planned to celebrate me and Koy's engagement! The restaurant was wonderful! I had elk skewers for an appetizer, kobe beef, shrimp and whipped sweet potatos for my entre, and the nice waitress brought out chocolate fondu and fruit and cookies for dessert to celebrate our engagement. It was a great night!
The next picture is of me, Koy, Anna, and John in front of one of the shops on Main Street in Park City. We thought the Moose was cute.
The last picture is of me and Koy out in the snow in front of our cabin. The snow was so pretty!
